and 1 dumbell (20) like 15 reps set of 2 on each arm as well as holding it out to the side??
and the perfect push up like 3 sets of 10 reps
as well as like squating down, putting ur hands on the floor and picking urself up with ur hands lifting ur feet off the ground about an inch and holding it for like 30 sec or something
i dont have much time to go to the gym everyday lol so would this workout increase muscle? and how long b4 i start seeing change?
