www.kbatoday.com Save your money for things that actually require money. Times are tough and money’s tight but we all want to keep the workouts going strong. At $350.00 + gym memberships are a fat pill to swallow. My solution is build your own home gym. Along with a few things I already had, I was able to put together all this for less that 100 Washingtons. To fully appreciate it, you need to appreciate compound lifts, bodyweight exercises and functional strength workouts.
I was thinking about the Bowflex, but I have read it *****. I want to know if I can buy a great home gym for under $2000 that would actually be any good.. It would be even better if it was only $1000, but whatever. Any information would be good. What is the best home gym in your opinion?

Oh yeah, I want to get big too.

I’m looking to get a new home gym system, or some sort of excercise equipment; I do not have a lot of money to spend, and I do not have many large places to put something, and I cannot buy a new free-weight system, as it crowds areas rather quickly. What types of systems should I look at? Resistance? Is there a horizontal type of system that I could look for, or are the better ones vertical types? I just need some general help in this. My basement is the largest and most empty place I have, and I think it goes up about 6 and a half or maybe 7 feet at most.
This multigym has features that you find only in more expensive pieces of equipment providing good value for your money while the big discounts that you can get these days make this equipment the gym to have at home .
