Exercise Floor Mats Have Changed A Lot Since I Was At School

I never really understood why people wasted money on exercise floor mats. Now that I have hardwood floors in my home I am beginning to understand. I suspect that even if I had carpet I would probably want to get one of these. There are many exercises you can do on your feet, but there are many more that you may require you to come into contact with your floor.
